Welding Students take 1st & 2nd Place at SkillsUSA

Students from Mr. Cebulski's Welding Class, Brian LaRou (right) and Steve Ellison (left), took 1st and 2nd Place at the state SkillsUSA Leadership and Skills conference in Springfield April 18th. The welding competition consisted of five different projects to complete where the students were given a blueprint and had about a seven hour timespan to finish their projects. Eleven students from Mr. C's class qualified for State including: B. LaRou, S. Ellison, Z. Claypool, D. Nall, K. Kussy, T. Veronda, A. Odom, D. Hill, J. Hicks, D. Reiner Jr., and J. Starkey. Congratulations to all students for a job well done!
